Terms of service

1. Parties

Contractor: Aurora Web. Client: the person who has accepted the contractor’s proposal or signed the contract.

2. Subject

The contractor provides website and software development, design, marketing and support services to the extent agreed in the quotation or the project brief.

3. How we work

1. Brief and agreement on scope, budget and timeline.
2. Signing the contract or accepting the proposal.
3. Work in stages: prototype and design, development, testing, launch.
4. The client accepts each stage within 5 business days.

4. Payment

Standard payment schedule: 30% before work starts, 40% after design approval, 30% after launch. Instalments through partners and a monthly subscription are also available. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

5. Deadlines

Deadlines are set in the contract and are extended by any time spent waiting for materials or decisions from the client.

6. Ownership of the result

Once paid in full, the economic rights to the design and code created for the client pass to the client. The contractor hands over the source files and access credentials. The contractor may show the project in its portfolio unless the parties have agreed otherwise.

7. Warranty and support

The contractor fixes defects in its own work free of charge for 3 months after launch. Further support is provided under a monthly plan.

8. Liability

The contractor does not guarantee specific search engine rankings or a specific sales volume, as these depend on factors outside its control. The contractor guarantees delivery of the agreed scope of work.

9. Disputes

Disputes are settled through negotiation and, failing agreement, in Harju County Court under the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
